Completion of Basement Shelves

I just completed some much needed shelves in our basement. Now we will have a place for towels and other clothing. I made them out of white pine and used a system to hide all screws. I left the finish natural and gave everything a nice coat of lacquer. I painted the wall a Valspar Sunburst color to lighten up the basement. I think they turned out great. Please let me know what you think.

One point of interest...there weren't any studs in the wall so I had to build a shelving system that ties into itself for self-support. I "borrowed" most of my ideas from Craftsman style construction I have seen in the past.
